As each of our pens are custom made from a range of stunning timbers, each piece is genuinely one of a kind. Brown Mallee is Eucalyptus Socialis - A mallee, to 8 m tall, with rough bark on lower parts of larger branches, and smooth, white bark on smaller branches. Brown Mallee leaves are more or less symmetric dull green to blue-green and its flowers are usually 7-13 per cluster, more or less cylindrical and the fruit is Wineglass-shaped. Brown Mallee produces incredible burled timber in a dense coffee interspersed with caramel highlights.
